We replaced the battery ourselves as this definitely needed doing, but this didn’t stop the problem. Quick call to alarm safe and a couple of hours later, all fixed up. We requested a quote to replace and he advised best to do the bell box as shown signs of deterioration, but inside panel fine. Not pushy to replace items if not needed which I like. 10/10 would recommend."
