"The very best experience from start to finish! From the outset, Avonaire were fantastic. Geoff visited us during our loft extension works and put together a quote and plan to get us set up. We were very impressed with how quickly he visited and provided the quote. He was friendly, informative and professional which gave us the utmost confidence and was the deciding factor in choosing Avonaire over other quotes. He recommended a great product for our needs and was able to advise us for our needs with a great deal of knowledge around the products and fitting process. We had a slightly complicated staging process for the works due to scaffolding and some external works but Sarah and Geoff guided us through the process, which was further elongated due to delays with our building works. The customer service and professionalism from both Geoff and Sarah were excellent throughout and it was always a pleasure to speak to both of them when we needed to update them or make payments. The engineers who attended our property to fit the units (Callum and Harry?) were equally excellent. They treated the property with respect and worked tirelessly in all weather to get the job finished. Their attention to detail in the fitting is excellent and the external unit, trunking and internal units look so smart! Once fitted, they took time to explain the product and did a thorough handover with documentation and tested the units.
