"Photos speak for themselves. I spent nearly £1000 on solid core oak doors, but Mark did a very poor job installing them. Hinges cut over edges with a multi-tool (not chisel), leaving gaps and cuts, damaging face plates, my £15 chisel worked fine on an offcut and was a perfect fit. Doors not trimmed straight, sash locks hacked with big gaps, one hinge failed in hours. He suggested mismatched wood filler as a "fix," then got defensive and rude, blaming me and the locks (door company confirmed they were correct). His wife even called him on loudspeaker, insulting me directly. He also tried to suggest I had something wrong with me because I didn't think this was good enough and that he had messed up my doors I shared photos on carpentry forums (had hundreds of comments confirming how bad it was), even the door company agreed and showed photos of their installed hinges. Just warning others - avoid"
