"Genuinely cannot emphasise how terrible this company was. I needed new gas pipes and I was told they would be there at 9:30am on a Monday. I took the day off work to wait for them. At 11:30am I chased them up, and they said they would be dalyed to 1:30pm. At 5pm, I give up. I then get a call saying that they didn't attend because they couldn't contact me/I was unavailable. I'd been waiting on them ALL DAY. They then admitted that they didn't have the parts needed that day, so would be there between 8-9am tomorrow. At 9am someone phones me to say they're at my door. They are not. They get annoyed at me for not answering my doorbell. They are at the wrong address. When they get to the right address, they test my boiler/gas meter and tell me their colleague with the new pipes is stuck in traffic and will be there soon. The colleague arrives 90 minutes later. I ended up having to take 1.5 days off work for what ended up being not even a 2hour job. Ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere."

"Highly recommend! I’ve been trying to get a plumber to come and fix my leaking boiler for three weeks now, but all other companies have let me down or not turned up. But today I contacted Ahmed at Bristol Central Heating, and he and his colleague arrived within 2 hours and fixed the leak. "I hired Bristol Central Heating during the Christmas period because my boiler was making unusual noises. Ahmed came to "fix" the boiler and spent about an hour, if that, in my house. Before leaving, he assured us we could call him if the noise returned. Unfortunately, the very same day, the noise came back! Since then, we have been calling the company every day, requesting an engineer to come and properly fix the boiler. However, no one has returned to address the issue. I absolutely do not recommend this company. They charged me £204 for absolutely nothing, and I am still dealing with the same problem. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I feel deeply let down and offended by their lack of professionalism."
