HL Plumbing and Heating Solutions Ltd

"Hi Harry, Just a quick note to thank you so much for getting this all sorted for us. The team wanted me to feedback how careful you were around the building and when kids are around that's so important. They are used to inconsiderate tradies so wanted to pass on that they all thought you were a breath of fresh air in how professional you were on site. That plus you may have a few apprentices in the future. The kids have been talking about the "boiler man's very cool ladder" 😎. Thanks again the team at Rozey Days"

"Harry at HL Plumbing and Heating Solutions Ltd was brilliant. We needed our boiler serviced at short notice before moving house and the team kept us updated from the first enquiry. The appointment was confirmed quickly and Harry arrived with a smile even in miserable weather. He completed the service efficiently and to a high standard, and was friendly throughout. We were recommended HL Plumbing by a friend and I am glad we listened. We will happily use them again for any future plumbing work. Thank you to Harry, Kath and the whole team."

"Harry replaced my combi boiler. The work was done to a high standard and the area left tidy. He was a polite and cheerful person to have around the house. Bonus points for getting the job done on one of the hottest days if the year!"

"Thermostat stopped working, rang for help. Due to cancellation able to send someone out the same day, even arrived an hour earlier than they expected which was actually very convenient. Quickly assessed the issue, open and transparent about the problem and costs. Able to replace radio thermostat receiver there and then, so all done within about 15 minutes, very professional, even wearing shoe covers (despite his shoes looking spotless to start with). Would strongly recommend for any heating engineering, boiler or plumbing issues. Excellent!"

"I would highly recommend HL Plumbing and Heating every time. I called and spoke to Kath late in the evening and she squeezed me in first thing in the morning. What a lovely lady very personable. Great communication through email and text with arrival times. Harry arrived the next morning very professional and super friendly , diagnosed the issue and fixed immediately even after getting soaked, sorry about that Harry. I have found a company that I totally trust and will definitely be using them for any future work needed."
