Park Lofts Ltd

"We have been over the moon with our loft conversion from Lee and the team at Park Lofts. They were responsive, always on time, did what they said they would do and consulted with us at every stage of the project. The team were polite and courteous, especially when they eventually had to come in through the front door and the disruption was minimal. The quality of the work can easily be seen and friends and family who've visited have been hugely complimentary of our new space. They've turned a rubbish storage space into our gorgeous new bedroom with ensuite and we have loved adding the final decoration since these photos were taken. Thanks to Lee and the guys that worked on the project."

"If you are concerned about the whole process of a loft conversion then rest assured that Lee and his great team of guys at Park Lofts will put your mind at rest: They'll answer any questions you have, keep you informed of progress and leave you with a house that is transformed with extra space for living, plenty of storage and very little disruption to your everyday life. A great job all round! Thanks Guys."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Lee and his team on a loft conversion project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Lee demonstrated true professionalism and craftsmanship. He and his team were consistently on time, maintained a tidy workspace, and treated our home with utmost respect. Their hard work and dedication resulted in a beautiful new space, completed on schedule and within the agreed budget. Lee and his team were a delight to have around and we highly recommend them for any building project. An outstanding job from start to finish!"

"Park Lofts were brilliant throughout our build! We were given a completion date at the start of the build which they kept too. Lee's team carried out work for a week while we were on holiday and we came back to a clean and tidy house. Lee made a great suggestion about putting a velux in one of the rooms which we are really happy about. Our kids felt comfortable around them and our little girl still speaks about the team now. Lee, Sam and Alfie were so professional and nothing was too much trouble, we made a few extra requests/changes which they carried out without hesitation. We cannot recommend them enough and feel lucky we found such a great company."

"Lee and his team did a brilliant job with our loft conversion. We are very happy with the work and cannot recommend them highly enough. Lee came to see us and talked us through the whole process, carefully explaining the process and helping us to decide what to have done. We were visited by his architect, who gave us several different ideas for layouts, and then all of the plans and paperwork was sorted out with relative ease. The agreed timings were kept and the project was started and finished exactly as promised. A itemised list of all of the key steps in the build was provided, set out into several stages so we could see where we were in the project. This meant that the payment process was professionally done as no invoice was issued until all the items listed in a stage were complete. We were impressed with the prompt 0730 daily start times of the Park Loft’s team and looked forward to seeing Dave, Mike and Alfie each day as they added extra bits to our new loft. Always polite and helpful, we were pleased to have them in our home. The quality of the work was first rate and the build was finished to a high standard. Despite our offers of cuppas, the team only took breaks at set points during the day; we were impressed with their individual dedication to the build and the pride they took in their work. Quite simply, if you want a stress-free loft conversation, built to a high standard by a team who are skilled and dedicated, you should give Park Loft’s a call."
