Sinclair Studios

"We recently collaborated with Billy and the Sinclair Studios team on delivering the complete refurbishment of a very large high quality residential property in Berkshire. The design was excellent and the project documentation very clear. This helps us provide clear project costings and assists with implementation of the works on site, which ultimately leads to a fabulous outcome for the clients. We highly recommend Sinclair Studios and look forward to working with Billy and the team again soon."

"We had the pleasure of working with Sinclair Studios on our house renovation in Clapham. From our very first meeting with Billy and Sarah, we found them to be highly professional, knowledgeable and creative. We particularly appreciated that they took the time to listen to our ideas, understand our style and taste, and then carefully reflected those in the design of the house. Sinclair Studios had excellent attention to detail and an organized, attentive approach to the project. As a result, we felt that nothing would fall between the cracks and that we were in good hands every step of the way. When the building project got complicated and inevitably overran we were reassured by Billy’s sensible advice on our legal position and how to draw matters to a satisfactory conclusion."

"Sinclair Studios provided an excellent service throughout the project, from concept design, through obtaining planning permission and delivery. Their innovative approach to the project perfectly translated my vision into a thoughtful, considered design and the build was managed to precision. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services."

"Sinclair Studios are an absolute pleasure to work with. They always think outside the box to devise schemes that maximize the value of our assets and exceed expectations. Billy and Sarah are always approachable, efficient and excel at designing buildings that are both attractive and functional. Their specifications are detailed, accurate an imaginative. We couldn't really ask for more - Highly recommended!"

"We have worked with Sinclair Studios for many years on multiple projects of varying shapes sizes values and locations and most recently on a new build house in Wiltshire. I cannot recommend them highly enough. On each project they bring real creativity and vision, which helps us maximise the potential of difficult sites. Their attention to detail is second to none, and their methodical approach makes for a smooth and enjoyable experience. My favourite attribute of this excellent firm is their approachability, friendliness and most of all their unwavering ability to interpret the client brief and deliver an exceptional scheme. I am not alone in this view, having introduced Sinclair Studios to my team of project surveyors, they have fast become the architect of choice for not only our company but also our other professional services team, notably with our panel of planning consultants."
