"Needed drains investigated with a camera, thought I had booked that in with TDS. Two guys arrived, ran the taps, lifted the manhole cover - no obvious problems - said yes you need a camera survey and left. I was a bit confused, even more so when I got a £95 invoice for the 10 minute visit. I must have misunderstood what I was booking in for, but cannot understand how that bill was justified. Went with a different company instead after that."

They booked a visit in with us quickly and efficiently and both engineers were friendly, helpful and were clearly experts in their field.
